NIKITTA & MATT

Peterborough | Engagement

In mid-March, it started to snow heavily in the East Anglia area. I received a call in the morning from my dear friends Matt and Nikitta. They had a spur of the moment thought – an engagement shoot. They asked if I was available to meet up right way. Without a hesitation I said, “Yes, let’s do it!" What a picturesque day to photograph an engagement shoot in the snow. It’s unusual to have this kind of weather in England and especially in March.

We met up at Nene Park, Peterborough. The snow started to settle. The far end of the car park we saw a man in a car doing doughnuts in the snow, while his daughter stood from a distance filming him. It was super cool to see some people having fun and making use of the snow. It was definitely different. Momentarily we started the engagement session and we took advantage of the breath-taking weather and capturing some awesome moments and having fun, like the father and daughter in a safer way.
